I am having a love affair with Tous Les Jours! This morning we went on one of our occassional escapades together. It started with a warm bacon, cream cheese and tomato pastry, a donut with black bean jam filling and a hot cappuccino - MMMMMMM! And then I left dear Tous Les Jours and the massive June 2009 Cosmo edition and went off to sing some songs about colorful rainbows and monsters. I love my job! Oh, yes, I almost forgot to mention my other great love affair. MONDU!!!! I found a place that makes only THE best dumplings (mondu) in town - YUMMMMMY!!! Maybe I just love going there because of how warm and sweet the shop lady is, and I love how she always pulls a heater close to me and tries to make small one-word conversation. Then again, I think I love her dumplings more.

Other than that, I have been keeping myself occupied with hikes in the beautiful mountain behind my ugly gray concrete apartment, eating, yoga (Oh Yes!), going for long walks, dinners with friends and lots more eating. I am having a tough week financially (any donations welcome), but am sure that next month (payday coming up shortly) will be much more eventful!!! And I am much looking forward to the warm spring months ahead!
